Build homes with Northwoods Habitat for Humanity
Since 1990, Northwoods Habitat for Humanity has constructed or rehabbed over 60 homes in partnership with committed families who were unable to purchase their own home without a hand up. Our work would not be possible without the steadfast commitment of scores of people, organizations, and businesses that have served the organization through financial contributions, volunteer labor, and board/committee service.
Habitat homeowners are community members just like you and me. They work hard, care about their families, and enjoy supporting their families and friends. Every Habitat homeowner puts in hundreds of hours of "sweat equity" building their new home alongside volunteers on there way to an affordable mortgage. They work to have a better life for themselves and their families.
